Wellness Wave Expo Vendor Information

Participation Perks and Agreements

With your participation and support, the Wellness Wave Expo will continue to flow into a quarterly or bi-annual event. You, the Vendors, will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the Wellness Wave Expo. 

  • You may submit a digital advertisement to include in our Print, Website and Social Media Marketing.
  • You may submit up to a 2 min video advertisement for use on the Ultimate Light Mission’s website and/or Social Media Marketing. This should be submitted in mp4 or mov format.
  • The digital and video advertisement may also be included in a video loop to be played on screens during ULM events leading up to and during the Wellness Wave Expo.   
  • Vendors agree to participate for the duration of the event, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday June 6th, unless prior arrangements are made. This is to maintain quality and setup of the event. Vendors may elect to share booth space and even split the time day with another Vendor.
  • Vendors are encouraged to set up their booths Friday afternoon/evening prior to the event. All booths must be set up and ready to go by 9am on Saturday.
  • If you require electricity, let us know in advance and come prepared with an ample extension cord as needed. 
  • Vendors agree to help promote the Wellness Wave Expo to ensure successful outreach to our community. 

Reserving Booths:

Registration Agreement: 10% of all proceeds (honor system)

  • Table/Booth 4’, 6’ or 8’ table

IMPORTANT:  Vendors Required to supply your own table and table coverings unless prior arrangements are made.
