Prior to requesting to hold your event at ULM, please do the following:
- Read the ULM Rules of Conduct and download the End of Event Checklist
- Check the Calendar of Events to make sure that your desired dates are not already booked
To estimate the price of renting the space, use the below rates. Please keep in mind that there is a 2-hour minimum Monday thru Thursday and 3-hour minimum Friday thru Sunday. For events that are shorter than 5 hours, please add 30 minutes for setup prior to the event and 30 minutes for cleanup afterwards, as the space cannot be rented out to anyone else during that time. ULM space rental rates are as follows:
- Monday thru Thursday: $75/hour.
- Friday thru Sunday: $100/hour.
- Security deposit: $100, which will be refunded 3-5 days after the event, if there is no damage and nothing is missing from the event site.
- Cleaning deposit: $50, which will be refunded 3-5 days after the event, if the space does not require cleaning following the event.
