Ritmo Sagrado 🌿 a movement that has long been felt and whose time has finally come 🌿

Las Tejedoras Cósmicas have converged, hearing the call to uplift and honor Latin American music and tradition in ecstatic dance spaces.

We amass for our third offering May 10, as the flowers bloom 🌹

We begin at 8pm with basic latin dance steps led by Tikisha, followed by a Cacao ceremony with sacred song by Bianca, moving into a dance journey DJed by Lauren 9pm-12am.

Honoring our joy and grief, our prayers and intentions in sacred community. All are welcomed - looking forward to dancing with you 💚

8pm: Intro Latin Dance Class by Tikisha Renee, teaching the basic five solo dance steps of merengue, bachata, reggaeton and cumbia
8:30pm: Cacao Ceremony with sacred song facilitated by Bianca Sosa
9pm-12am: DJ set and dance by Lauren Sovereign, with ceremonial dancers throughout

Expect a DJed musical journey weaving medicine music, folkloric bass, cumbia, salsa, bachata, merengue, latin and afro house, champeta, boleros, reggaeton, reggae en espanol, and more.
